She had an in-depth knowledge of the entire Atlanta area and surrounding cities. her knowledge base just amazed me. As someone who did not know the area at all, I did not realize how I need this until speaking with her in the car rides to and from areas. She worked very hard to understand what we were looking for and she knew how to ask the right questions to get that information from us. Again, she has just an incredible knowledge of the area and was able to provide us (transferring into the state) with a great deal of background and information on each area she drove us to. She was able to take our changing requirements and evaluate our needs, such that when we decided to change from looking at a condo to a home, she already had in mind exactly what would work. We were able to make an offer immediately. On that note, Rosemary was able to explain the Georgia process throughout our entire counter offering sessions and purchase, always looking out for our best interest in everything right down to the smallest paperwork detail. I truly believe she knew before our first offer where we would be at in the end, Rosemary knows the grater Atlanta market. All the way through the closing and beyond, Rosemary was there for us answering emails and texts at 1100pm, showing us houses on a weekend's or whatever met our schedule and honestly meeting all of our needs in the process. To top it all off she is just a wonderful person and I feel that I have met a new friend in Georgia not a new relator.
